Definitions and Interpretation

Addendum:
Any addendum document to the Conditions detailing additional terms and conditions or variations to the Conditions.

Booking Fee:
Prestige Car Company fee must be paid in full before the advert goes live.

VAT:
Value added tax chargeable under English law for the time being and any similar additional tax.

Data Protection:
The Customer acknowledges and agrees that, if applicable, the Customer’s name, address and personal data (as such terms is defined in the Data Protection Act 1988) will be processed by and on behalf of the Prestige Car Company providing personal data to credit reference agencies and Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA), the British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association (BVLRA), debt collectors and any other relevant regulatory organisation.
